As you add inventory, we build ads for those exact cars. As you sell a car, those ads are retired so your campaigns are always fresh. We then place those ads in front of local buyers.
As people view your inventory, they can ask questions and make offers on a specific car. The whole process is geared to stock number specific lead generation. When a lead is captured, within 5 minutes it will go to: your VinMovers CRM, your in-house CRM, your cell phone, your email or anywhere else you want it.

1 Immediately upon lead capture we send a welcome email thanking the lead for looking at your inventory and providing contact information.
2 The following day, usually at noon, we send an SMS text message with your call to action included. We include a voice call back number.
3 Two days after lead capture, we send a second email often with some incentive attached... $200 off if they mention this email or similar.
4 Between days three and six we can place a voice call from our automated voice system or the dealer can have a representative call. Automated calls can have a professionally record voice.
5 On day seven we deliver a final email message for this campaign. After that, the lead goes into a hold queue where we limit contact to quarterly newsletters, birthday reminders, etc.
